All of our rods have a lifetime limited warranty on craftsmanship and manufacturer defects. Our warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or wear & tear.

If you have a broken guide or tip top, bring it by our shop in Victoria, TX for repair or most quality tackle shops can fix these quickly and inexpensively. Check with our dealers near you (Fishing Tackle Unlimited in Houston, Roy's in Corpus, Tackle Town in Rockport, Hook Line & Sinker in Harlingen, David's Tackle Box in Rosenberg).

If you have another issue with your rod, please bring the rod to our shop or ship entire rod and information back to Waterloo Rod Company, 703 N. Main, Victoria, TX 77901. Include name, return address, telephone number, age of rod, where you purchased the rod, and a brief statement of how the rod broke.

We will contact you after we inspect the rod to go over repair or replacement.

Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping. You must provide your own shipping container and it must be under 108" in length. PVC or a cardboard tube works well for shipping rods.  

All rods are shipped UPS Ground in a cardboard tube.

If the rod is in stock, it will ship 1-2 business days. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for us to build a custom rod.

Adding a name or short phrase to the rod takes 1 day.

If you want to add a logo, it takes 7-10 days for us to make the logo.
